Yurt Holiday Portugal

Come and stay in our romantic yurts, nestled in the mountains of central Portugal, about one hour inland from the ancient university town of Coimbra. Our two yurts are self-contained and furnished in a chic vintage style, each yurt has its own bathroom, set in our smallholding of terraced land, which we manage organically.

Olives, vines and fruit trees surround your yurt where you can lie back in a hammock in our forest garden listening to nature. Wander into the hills to discover magical hikes amongst the Schist villages. Just a short drive away you will discover fantastic wild swimming spots.

Yurt Holiday Portugal is a unique eco retreat, we have just two yurts, our own spring and energy is solar powered. Enjoying food and drinks play a substantial role on a holiday and are served on request at your yurt or on our veranda with fantastic views across the valley. Whether you’re looking for a lazy rural retreat, or an active holiday in the hills, there’s no better way to get back to nature without foregoing any creature comforts!
